Our History
Marlow Missionary Baptist Church has been carrying forth the Word of Life since August 12, 1911, and is very much in the same business today! Our Lord knows all of the many souls who have heard the gospel through the preaching of God's Word, and the record of how Marlow has worked in this local vineyard, and the support of missions and missionaries around the world.

At Marlow Missionary Baptist Church, we preach and teach the Bible. We are committed to serving one another and praying for one another. We have dedicated ourselves in sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior with everyone
Below is our church covenant and our statement of faith. We stand firm on the teachings of God's Word as we strive to uphold the commandments our Lord has given us.

Marlow Missionary Baptist Church desires for everyone to come to the full knowledge of Jesus Christ and accept His free gift of salvation. Because of this, we are always working to provide multiple different avenues and ministries for people to be exposed to the Gospel and the convicting power of the Holy Spirit.
At Marlow, we have multiple active ministries such as youth ministries, nursery ministry, Sunday school, vacation bible school, outreach, and a lady's auxiliary.

Bro. John Mark Williams, Pastor
I was saved at age 7 and surrendered to preach in 2001, receiving my preaching license in April 2002. After serving as a youth and associate pastor for over nine years, I was ordained on April 4, 2009. I earned a bachelor's degree in Bible Studies from Louisiana Missionary Baptist Institute and Seminary in 2001 and continued my education at Central Arkansas Baptist Seminary for seven more years. Over the years, I have been a senior pastor at three churches and have served at Marlow MBC since October 2018. I am blessed to be here.
Bro. Robert Davis, Youth/Associate Pastor
When I was 6 years old, I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I surrendered to preach in 2019 and began studying at the Missionary Baptist Seminary in Little Rock, Arkansas where I received my associate's in bible degree (2021), bachelor's in theology degree (2023), and will soon receive my master's in theology degree (2025). I was ordained on January 6, 2024. I have served in the ministry as youth pastor since 2021 and have served at Marlow MBC since June 2024. It is a blessing to be a part of the Marlow MBC family.
